We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're family-operated, so if something isn't right, that's on us, and we sort it out the same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
